Collecting the goods - All exhibitors/partners are required to:
- Put all items into the box, close it and put the completed Melbourne Cricket Ground Collection form on the top of it.
- Leave it at Exhibit area so MCG team can pick it up after our event.
- All items must be collected from the venue (picked up) within 2 business days post event.

All provided equipment comes with full set up, de-rig support and required cables. Partners are requested to please mention the stand number while placing the order.

All exhibitors are offered a complimentary table along with standard chairs and table cloth. Should you have any specialist or custom furniture requirement, please contact MCG’s preferred supplier.
There is a maximum of four people on a regular stand. For larger stands please contact us for guidance.
Yes, you are welcome to bring screens, and any equipment that you may want on your stand during the expo, providing they comply with health and safety regulations.

Please note: we will require the driver's name and vehicle registration of any car driving in to the stadium at least 7 days in advance.
Once you submit your individual/group information, you will be registered and subsequently receive a QR code via the Project Controls Expo’s app to allow you or the individuals within your group to print the name badges at the venue.
Yes we offer next generation lead retrieval technology (more info at Lead Capture Overview) to allow you to capture the delegate info in economical and convenient way. Here is the process –

The event day is very busy hence we won’t be able to coordinate any meetings for you. However, we will be happy to make a couple of announcements via the Project Controls Expo’s app with notifications to support our partners.

Yes, 2021 Awards event is a Black tie event.
All of the marketing material requirements are listed on the initial booking form.
Additionally, our marketing team may require specific information to support you with designing promotional materials featuring your presence.
Due to stringent data protection laws and to prevent mass marketing to our delegates we are unable to provide a full delegate list.
If you do wish to have a list you can purchase a badge scanner for those who visit or pass your stand with their permission to receive marketing material. Please see the ‘Do you provide a badge scanner?’ question above.

Yes, you may cancel your registration to the expo by writing to us at aus@projectcontrolexpo.com We will be updating our Registration page with the cancellation policy very soon.
Even if you do not have PayPal account, you can use your credit card to make the payment via PayPal.
If you choose to make the payment over the phone, please email us with your contact details and our team will contact you to collect the payment. It is important to highlight that we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Please note your registration is successful soon after the payment.

We understand that some organisations have strict brand guidelines and Press departments insist that presentations are only made on company templates.
We will have to consider your application if such a request is made.
We will have a cloakroom provided at Melbourne Cricket Ground. Please be aware any packages left after the Expo must be left sealed and correctly labelled as per our Logistics instructions on the Venue page. All sealed packages must be collected within two days after the Expo.
All the presentations will be loaded on our computers which will be installed in each of the presentation rooms. Speakers can keep their presentation on a USB as a back-up.
