There is a maximum of four people on a regular stand. For larger stands please contact us for guidance.
Yes, you are welcome to bring screens, and any equipment that you may want on your stand during the expo, providing they comply with health and safety regulations.
Yes parking is available at the KLCC. Please write to kl@projectcontrolsexpo.com atleast 2 weeks before the event to reserve your parking space.
Once you submit your individual/group information, you will be registered and subsequently receive a QR code via the Project Controls Expo’s app to allow you or the individuals within your group. On the event day, when you show this at the entry gate, you will receive your name badge
at the venue.
Alternatively, you may also carry the registration confirmation email, that you should have received right after your registration, from our website. However, please note this might take a little longer time than the above process, as we are required to manually look for your name in our system.

The event day is very busy hence we won’t be able to coordinate any meetings for you. However, we will be happy to make a couple of announcements via the Project Controls Expo’s app with notifications to support our partners.

We recommend business attire for the event. There is no separate dress code for the cultural program and dinner.

Yes, you may cancel your registration to the expo by writing to us at kl@projectcontrolsexpo.com We will be updating our Registration page with the cancellation policy very soon.
Even if you do not have PayPal account, you can use your credit card to make the payment via PayPal. If you choose to make the payment over the phone, please email us with your contact details and our team will contact you to collect the payment. It is important to highlight that we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Please note your registration is successful soon after the payment.

To claim the PDU’s for attending the expo event, you may need to opt for the “informal learning” category as identified in the above link.
